About

The Fridge

The Fridge is an information hub for the Ubuntu community, bringing together news, grassroots marketing, advocacy, team collaboration, and great original content about Ubuntu.

Just like the family fridge at home, this is where we – the Ubuntu family – can put our best work on display for everyone to see… along with the requisite jokes, reminders, invitations, news clippings, photos and everything else! So when you’ve got something cool and fresh that you’re just itching to tell the Ubuntu community, you know what to do… stick it on The Fridge!

The news on the site are brought to you by a team of community volunteers… the Ubuntu News Team. It exists to gather and publish news on Ubuntu-related stories, all in accordance with the Ubuntu Code of Conduct.

Get Involved

Getting involved is as simple as joining the team and exploring a little. Any contribution is appreciated and you don’t have to be a dedicated member to participate.
